Noam is an israeli Clarinetist, based in Berlin. She obtained her B.Mus. from the Buchmann-Mehta school of music Tel Aviv with Gilad Harel and a Master degree from the Trossingen Musikhochschule with Prof. Chen Halevi. She won the BMSM contemporary Music competition for year 2014 and received scholarships from the America Israel Cultural Foundation.

Noam performs in festivals in Switzerland (Lucerne Festival), Italy (Music Fest Perugia), Germany (Podium Esslingen, Young Euro Classics), the Netherlands (International Chamber Music Festival Schiermonnikoog) Scotland and Israel and collaborates regularly with various orchestras and chamber groups as well as with the National Young Ballet of Germany (Bundesjugendballet).
