Anja Sommerer is a franco-german violonist with a huge variety in her career. She performs not just in classical music but also plays other genres and styles like Tango, Heavy Metal, Pop, Schlager (Liveconcerts and  TV- & Studioproductions). Anja has a permanent contract at the Opera house in Flensburg and plays as a freelance musician in ensembles including Ensemble Resonanz and at the Opera houses in Kiel, Lübeck, Hamburg, Hannover and Bremen.

She enjoys an international career playing chamber music and orchestral concerts abroad such as Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, Brazil and New Zealand.
